Within your Heart is the Eternal Flame always present forever burning, it is the flame of Love, the flame of Light, the flame of Emptiness, the flame of Compassion, the flame of Forgiveness, the flame of Silence, the flame of Creation, the flame of Power, the flame of Spirit, it is your connection point to All.
From within this Eternal Flame, deep within your Heart, is so much creative, loving, healing potential.
Love yourself first, reach into this Eternal Flame, deep within your own heart, draw on this love, light and power within the Eternal flame, love every part of you, wrap your arms around yourself in loving kindness, no matter what, no matter how you feel or how you perceive yourself.
Through Loving kindness to ourselves and others we can change the world. In full acceptance of ourselves and others, the world will change. We are the changemakers within our own very Heart lies this potential.
